You are eligible for a Medicare Rebate of $145.25 per session for a clinical psychologist if you provide a referral and mental health care plan from your GP under Medicare – Better Access to Mental Health Care Program.You have up to 10 sessions per calendar year for psychological services. Please speak to your GP about obtaining a referral with a mental health care plan. This is the most common type of referral.
DVA card holders are welcome. You will need a referral from your GP to access DVA-funded clinical psychology sessions. You can get 12 DVA-funded sessions a year with a GP referral. No gap fee is charged for DVA-funded clients.

The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) in Vic and Victims of Crime in WA can award the costs of psychological treatment as compensation to victims of crime, following a psychological assessment and submission of a report. The total number of services provided will depend on the specifics of your claim.
You will need a Workers Comp claim number and a referral from your GP to access Psychology services for work-related injuries or illnesses. Individual, family or group counselling services can be provided. The total number of services provided will depend on the specifics of your claim.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment. This allows us to book in other clients in need of support. We will charge your credit card a 50% cancellation fee when we cannot fill the appointment. Full fee will be charged if you do not turn up for an appointment without notice or inform us too late so we are unable to book another client.
Fees are payable at the end of each session. Payment is by Debit or Credit Cards, or bank transfer.
