Team Wellbeing and Team Development

I have provided diversity and inclusion experiential activities for many groups in the past. I have also been asked to support groups with their wellbeing goals. I can offer objective,independent, and confidential group facilitation services to teams who want to improve how they identify and solve problems, resolve conflict and strengthen relationships to enhance their effectiveness in achieving goals. I work closely with leadership teams to understand their concerns and come up with a customised plan/workshop design for their teams.
